Report a problem within 7 days
Contact PikHub within 7 calendar days after delivery if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product. Include your order number, the product name and a description of the problem. This reporting window does not remove any longer warranty or remedy required by applicable law.
Evidence and product condition
Send clear photos or video that help explain the issue. An unboxing recording can assist with a transit-damage or wrong-item enquiry, but the absence of a recording will not automatically determine a claim. Retain the packaging, accessories and proof of purchase where available. You may inspect an item to identify a fault; that alone will not be treated as misuse.
What this policy covers
We review cases involving an incorrect item, missing components, delivery damage or a fault that makes the product fail to match its description. After reviewing the case and any returned item, we will explain the appropriate replacement, repair or refund outcome, taking applicable rights into account.
Change of mind and misuse
We do not offer change-of-mind returns simply because you no longer want an accurately described, non-defective item. Damage caused by misuse, an accident, unauthorised modification or an unsuitable power supply is outside this voluntary return offer. These exclusions do not excuse a product that was already faulty or materially misdescribed when supplied.
How to arrange a return
Contact support before sending an item. We will provide case-specific return instructions and the return destination after reviewing the request. PikHub has no physical shop for walk-in returns. Pack the item securely and include the relevant accessories and order reference.
Return delivery costs
If the return is due to PikHub’s error or a product fault for which PikHub is responsible, PikHub will cover the reasonable return courier cost arranged with support. We will confirm the route or reimbursement arrangement first. Any cost in another accepted case must be explained and agreed before the return; we will not apply an undisclosed blanket courier deduction.
Refund destination: PikHub Wallet
Under the selected store policy, an approved refund is credited to your PikHub Wallet. This is a store-credit balance rather than a repayment to your bank or payment account. The approved amount and transaction reference will be communicated to you. If you checked out without an account, support must arrange and verify the correct account before crediting funds. Do not send an account password, OTP or payment PIN.
Refund timing and mandatory exceptions
Our processing target is 7–10 working days after approval. This is an operational target, not an extension of a mandatory refund deadline. Where applicable requirements call for a refund through the original payment method, a shorter deadline or another remedy, those requirements take priority over Wallet credit and this target. Contact support if a refund remains unresolved.
Cancellations and unavailable paid orders
Request cancellation promptly. If PikHub cannot fulfil a paid order, we will explain the cancellation and refund process. A customer will not be required to accept Wallet credit where a cash or original-method refund is mandatory. Contact support before making an advance payment if delivery availability is uncertain.
Warranty and help
Any warranty is the warranty stated for that product, including its duration and provider.
