Delivery coverage
PikHub delivers to addresses in Bangladesh. Select your district at checkout so the correct delivery charge is applied. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before dispatch and the order will not be sent.
Delivery charges
- Dhaka district: ৳80 per order
- All other districts in Bangladesh, including Gazipur and Narayanganj: ৳125 per order
Free delivery is not currently offered. The charge for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm the order; until you select a district, the ৳125 rate is shown. No other delivery fee will be added without telling you first.
Processing & delivery time
After you place an order, we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. Delivery time depends on stock, your location and the courier, so we tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm the order. Public holidays, weather or courier disruption can cause delays; we will contact you if your order is affected.
Delivery updates and payment
We use the phone number in your order for confirmation and delivery updates, so please make sure it is correct and reachable. For Cash on Delivery orders, keep the full order total ready, including the delivery charge. Payment options are described in our Terms & Conditions.
Missed or damaged delivery
If you miss a delivery, contact us to arrange another attempt. Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, wrong or incomplete, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and photos or video, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
